While typical boot camp and group exercise instructors are conjuring up the best all around exercises that the average person taking their class is capable of performing, I’m choosing the best variations of the best exercises for you specifically.

- How to eat and train for your desired look…whether it’s the athletic yet feminine look of a fitness model, the softer, curvier look of a bikini competitor or the slightly harder, more muscular look of a figure athlete.
- How and when to manipulate your caloric, macronutrient, sodium and water intake so that your body is at it’s absolute peak not a week before, not 3 days after…but right in time for your event. (Don’t worry, I train non-competitors too!)
- How to tell the difference between the trendy, gimmicky training programs top fitness models are promoting and the simple yet effective ones they’re actually using.
- What to do between workouts so that the work you’re doing actually leads to a sexy body and not just sore muscles.
My training approach is different than much of what’s out there right now in that it is not geared towards beginners who have modest fitness goals and either don’t believe they can, or are not interested in getting their body looking like it belongs on the cover of a Women’s Fitness magazine.
